Effective 6-24-09

Market prices for US Marine Diesel fuel have continued to progressively rise over the last several weeks. These continuing increases necessitate an adjustment in our Marine Fuel Surcharge (MFS) so that we maintain consistency in our fuel cost versus fuel surcharge.

Accordingly our MFS will adjust as below effective 06/24/09.

6/24/09 MARINE FUEL SURCHARGE ADJUSTMENT
MFS will adjust from $411 to $498 per container.

APPLICABLE TO ALL TARIFF AND CONTRACT RATES.
