TRADE NOTIFICATION
Selective Rate Increases

August 28, 2007

Effective October 1,2007 the following rate adjustments will be made to the southbound rate structures contained in our Puerto Rico tariff:

• All dry containerized rate structures will be increased by 9.9%
• All rate structures on used vehicles will be increased by
  $50 per vehicle
• All rate structures on "non-containerized" shipments will be increased by 5.0
