TRADE NOTIFICATION
Jacksonville Gate Hours Change & Filed Late Gate &
Vessel Delay Charges

August 15, 2008

Effective September 1st 2008, Sea Star Blount Island Terminal Gate Hours will be 8:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday. This change will improve our Terminal Operation efficiency and ensure on time scheduled 6:30 PM Vessel Departure.

The new 6 PM Gate Closing time will have no impact or change to the current published Cargo Cutoff Times, these will remain in effect:

Jacksonville, FL Blount Island Terminal
15:00: Hazardous Cargo
16:00: Ro – RO
17:00: DRY & RV Cargo

Effective September 1st No Cargo will be received in the Terminal after 6pm. Below are the Late Gate – Vessel Delay charges that will be filed in the Tariff if a “Late Gate” is requested:

6:00 – 6:30 $ 1,783
6:30 – 7:00 $ 4,286
7:00 – 7:30 $ 8,692
7:30 – 8:00 $ 14,538
