Intermodal Fuel Charge Adjustments

Our review for the costs associated with the movement of containerized Intermodal volumes over the last period ending March 31, 2009 shows further changes for Truck and Rail as well as the corresponding payments made to our Intermodal service providers. These changes are represented by the spreadsheet entitled ‘Intermodal Fuel Charge by State’. The spreadsheets are available by clicking the hyperlink shown below which in turn links to our website.

The IFC adjustments will become effective April 19, 2009 for Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean.

Due to the continued volatility of fuel prices, our IFC adjustments may once again be adjusted on a bi-monthly basis until we see some stabilization in fuel prices.
