IMPORTANT TWIC UPDATE FOR PUERTO RICO

TWIC enforcement in Puerto Rico will begin April 14, 2009.

Commencing April 14, 2009, as mandated and implemented by the department of Homeland Security, all truck drivers must possess a TWIC card to gain access to the Sea Star Line Puerto Nuevo terminal. Parking and pedestrian access to the Documentation service windows will be available by showing a valid picture ID to the security guard at the designated checkpoint.

Please urgently inform everyone that may need access to Sea Star Line's Puerto Nuevo terminal to acquire a TWIC card as soon as possible.
