PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Service Update: San Juan, PR and Jacksonville, FL

Dear Valued Customer:

We would like to provide an update on port operations in Jacksonville, FL and San Juan, PR.

Jacksonville Express Service (JAX): Southbound- Jacksonville to San Juan

Due to the effects of Tropical Storm Hanna and Hurricane Ike the Horizon Producer, voyage PD519S will be delayed on arrival in San Juan, PR.

We anticipate cargo operations to commence at 3:00 PM Friday, September 5th, 2008.
We will provide an extended gate in San Juan on Friday until 8:00 PM for dispatching and receiving of empties and loads.
There will be an extended gate in San Juan on Saturday, September 6th. Gate hours will be from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

South Atlantic Express Service (SAX): Northbound- San Juan to Jacksonville

Due to the effects of Tropical Storm Hanna the Horizon Trader, voyage TO289N will be delayed on arrival in Jacksonville, FL.
There will be normal gate hours in Jacksonville on Friday, September 5th, 2008 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We anticipate cargo operations to commence on Saturday, September 6th at 8:00 AM.
We will provide full gate operations on Saturday for dispatching and receiving of empties and loads. Gate hours will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
