Service Recovery Plan for the Horizon Navigator,
NV358S Final Update

Dear Valued Customer:

Please be advised of the following adjustments regarding the sailings of the Discovery and the Challenger. Cargo cut-off will be extended for the Northbound Challenger, CN480N sailing to Jacksonville, FL. The Discovery will now sail directly to Houston, TX from San Juan, PR without making a stop in Jacksonville, FL. Cargo availability will not be affected by these adjustments.

San Juan, PR
Thursday, January 15th, 2009- The Challenger, voyage CN479S will arrive at 6:00 PM with gate hours extended until midnight for pick-up of loads.
Friday, January 16th, 2009- The Discovery, DI560S will make an on-time arrival. Cargo cut-off will be 6:00 PM for the Discovery, DI561W to Houston, TX
Saturday, January 17th, 2009- Northbound cargo cut-off for the Challenger, CN480N to Jacksonville, FL will be extended until 11:00 AM with gate hours from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The Challenger will depart for a Tuesday, January 20th arrival due to the Martin Luther King holiday.

Friday, January 16th, 2009- The Navigator, NV359S will sail for an on-time arrival in San Juan, PR on Monday, January 19th.
Tuesday, January 20th, 2009- The Challenger, CN480N from San Juan, PR will work in its entirety due to the Martin Luther King holiday.
Houston, TX
Friday, January 23rd, 2009- The Discovery, DI561W will have a delayed arrival. The Southbound voyage, DI561E will depart Houston, TX for an on-time arrival into San Juan, PR on Wednesday, January 28th.
