Puerto Rico Intermodal Fuel Surcharge Adjustment

To Our Valued Customers,

Due to the recent fluctuation in fuel costs, Crowley announces the following changes to the Puerto Rico Intermodal Fuel Surcharge. The below surcharge will apply to U.S. intermodal shipments for the Puerto Rico trade (northbound and southbound). This change will take effect May 1, 2011 and applies for both service contract and open tariff rates.

Crowley will continue to closely monitor fluctuations in fuel prices and will make adjustments as necessary.
