To Our Valued Customers,
The ocean carriers are adjusting their sailing schedules for the week of the 4th of July, therefore you will need to plan your schedules accordingly. Please see below for a list of the schedules of which we have been notified:
HORIZON
There will be no Tuesday vessel on July 1 out of Jacksonville. The only vessel out of Jacksonville for the week of the 4th of July will be on July 2 with a 4:30 pm cut off. Cargo will be disembarked in Puerto Rico starting on Saturday July 5 with a limited gate for picking up cargo (it will probably be until noon). The next week all sailings go back to normal with your regular Tuesday and Friday sailings.
Please note that there is a change to this...there is also a Thursday vessel out of JAX on Horizon with a 4:30 pm cut off on Thursday July 3rd as well.
The vessel from Elizabeth, NJ will be departing on Thursday, July 3rd with a 4:30pm cut off. Cargo will be available on Monday, July 7th.
SEASTAR
There will be no Tuesday vessel on July 1 out of Jacksonville. The only vessel out of Jacksonville for the week of the 4th of July will be on July 3rd with a 5:00 pm cutoff. Cargo will be disembarked on Sunday for Monday morning availability. The next week all sailings go back to normal with a Tuesday and Friday sailing.
CROWLEY
Crowley has not announced their schedule.
TRAILER BRIDGE
Trailer Bridge has not announced their schedule.
Based on the above information, our warehouse cut off times for full container loads and less than container loads have been adjusted accordingly. Please see below for cargo cut off times:
Caribbean Cold Storage Jacksonville, FL: Sea Star cargo: Cut off is Wednesday July 2 at noon for orders and cargo.
Horizon cargo: Cut off is Tuesday July 1 at noon for orders and cargo.
Crowley cargo: Will be determined once schedule is announced.
Trailer Bridge cargo: Will be determined once schedule is announced.
America’s International Miami, FL: Cut off for all cargo is Tuesday at 4pm.
Freezpak Logistics Paterson, NJ: Cut off for all cargo is Wednesday at 4pm.
