PROCEDURE AND RATE CHANGES EFFECTIVE 4-1-07

 

Effective April 1, 2007 storage charges at Caribbean Cold Storage will go to $17 per pallet with 14 days free time.  This applies to all consolidation cargo.  Cargo coming in for storage only will be billed storage and handling billed upon receipt.  All storage billing will be subject to an Energy Fuel Surcharge currently at a rate of $.21/cwt and will be on a 28 cycle billing going back to the date the cargo was received.

Bulkheads are increasing to $300 each.

Free time for LCL cargo in Puerto Rico is 72 hours after customer notification. After that time storage will be billed at a rate of $35 per day.  If a transfer is requested it will be moved to the facility of your choice at your expense.
