Caribbean Shipping Adds Timothy Walton To Their Sales Staff

Jacksonville based Caribbean Shipping announces the addition of Timothy Walton to their sales staff.

Paul Robbins has announced the addition of Timothy Walton to Caribbean Shipping Service's sales staff. He will be operating from their Miami, FL office.

Robbins, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Shipping Services, announced the addition to his staff on Monday, June 6, 2005. "Timothy is a veteran sales and marketing professional with almost twenty years of experience in several different trade lanes in the Caribbean. His mission is to focus on increasing our presence in the Caribbean and help us meet our strategic growth and development goals for that region."

Timothy Walton began his career in 1986 with Sea Land Services. He has since worked with Crowley and Navieras as well as another third party logistics provider. He has lived in Venezuela and St. Thomas and now resides in Miami, FL. Walton is an active member of The Council of Logistics Management.

In his pursuit of "cutting edge of technology", Robbins co-founded Revolutionary Cold Technologies. RCT developed and patented a new technology that reduces the cost of mechanical refrigeration for refrigerated trailers and shipping containers by as much as 35-40%. "We have been beta testing this new technology with Caribbean Shipping for 5 years and the results have been incredible" said Robbins.

In January, Caribbean was presented with the prestigious Navigator Award from Frank Peake, President of Sea Star Line, one of their partners in the Puerto Rico trade lane. This prestigious award is presented to an individual or company that made a significant impact on Sea Star's trek towards their goals and objectives.
